jodie dolan | Founder, Executive Director, Board Member
Known for her elevated casual fashion label DOLAN, Jodie Dolan brought a deeper meaning to her brand’s purpose through the establishment of The Laundry Truck LA. As Executive Director, she touches every detail of TLTLA, from fundraising and outreach to waterlines and generators. Getting to learn from and partner with local service providers in the space has been an added bonus.
Jodie first came to the idea for The Laundry Truck LA in 2017 through her volunteer work with Monday Night Mission and Shower of Hope. “Seeing people have a beautiful and sometimes transformative shower experience, only to put their dirty clothes back on, gave me an ‘A-ha’ moment. Combining that need with our passion for clothing, I knew exactly how we could make a difference.”
Jodie founded her eponymous brand in 2004.It has graced the racks of retailers worldwide such as Anthropologie, Barney’s, Nordstrom, and Saks Fifth Avenue.
